EDIT: I noticed some duct tape on a hose a month or 2 after the service. When I called to report it I was met with “not possible” and “you can’t prove it was us”. I asked if I could send a photo, and I did. After a week with no response, I emailed again and received a reply, in all capital letters, that she had not received a photo. I sent it again. No response after more than a week. The lack of customer service was stunning, given my pleasant experience when I brought my car in for service. The lack of communication and condescension is disheartening. I will not return and will certainly let others know.
Shuttle is still a nice perk, so one star for that.
